BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

Please ensure to read these booking policies for Christmas reservations. These will be outlined again by your events team upon booking.
Fees may apply for late cancellations and no-shows. Please find attached our booking types, and the T&C’s that apply.

Venue Exclusive Hires
– We require a 6 week cancellation policy for any Venue Exclusive Hires, as well as a signed contract to confirm, and an events waiver.
– All venue exclusives require a 50% deposit to confirm, with the final balance due two weeks prior to event.
– Final pre-orders and guest numbers must be given two weeks prior to event.

Soda Room Exclusives
– We require a 14 day cancellation policy for any Venue Exclusive Hires, as well as a signed contract to confirm, and an events waiver.
– We kindly ask for a 50% deposit to confirm, with the final balance to be met during your event.
– Final pre-orders and guest numbers must be given one week prior to event.

Area exclusives
– We require a 7 day cancellation policy for any area exclusives.
– We kindly ask for a card authentication matching the agreed minimum spend to confirm, with the final balance to be met during your event.
– Final pre-orders and guest numbers must be given one week prior to event.

If you have booked an area exclusively this will be stated at the time of booking. For ‘Non-Area Exclusive hires’ please read ‘Dining 12 guests and under’ T&C’s

Dining 12 Guests and Under
– We require a 48 hour cancellation policy for any area exclusives.
– We kindly ask for a card authentication of £10 per person to confirm, with the final balance to be met during your event.
– No pre-order is required

Dining 13+
– We require a 7 day cancellation policy for any area exclusives.
– We kindly ask for a card authentication of £10 per person to confirm, with the final balance to be met during your event.
– Final pre-orders must be given one week prior to the event

Please note, our venue Sales & Events teams will re-confirm booking type and the correct terms and conditions upon enquiry.  

We are cashless so you need to bring a bank card to settle your bill. We accept carding including American Express as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay & Android Pay.

Fees may apply for late cancellations and no-shows. For larger groups and on key occasion days for our business, we reserve the right to increase the notice required. This will be outlined in your booking journey.

Your table will be held for 20 minutes. After this time your table may be charged a cancellation fee and your table may be given away. If you are late for your reservation, this may be taken off your total booking time.

We will always try to accommodate seated bookings on as few tables as possible, but we may need to split your party across multiple tables. We will always try to seat your party as close together, however, this cannot always be guaranteed.

Larger groups may be required to pre-order and/or dine from set menus. Please speak to our events team for details.

Our venues are also available for private hire meaning some spaces may be out of use to the public during your visit.

We reserve the right to refuse or eject any guests who appear intoxicated, behaving inappropriately or dressed inappropriately. Right of admission is reserved and no refund or compensation will be given.

On rare occasions, we may need to move or amend your booking and will work closely with you to find the best solution. In the event we need to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund where applicable.

Cancellations and No-shows

Please allow at least 48 hours should you wish to cancel your booking. No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee which is the amount your card is held for at the time of booking.

Please note that all bookings must be cancelled in writing by email, simply reply to your booking confirmation email, keeping the subject of the email the same as this identifies your booking. Cancellations made through other means, including social media, may not be accepted and you may still be charged.

For some bookings, you may be able to cancel yourself. Look for the ‘cancel’ button in your confirmation email.

So that you can book with peace of mind, we would give you the option to rebook up to 12 months or cancel with no charges in the event that we are forced to close.

Management reserves the right to amend the cancellation notice as required and you will be notified before your booking is complete.

MENUS

Our menus are seasonal and change throughout the year. This may affect availability. Please check our menu page for the latest menus. Our team are happy to help advise if there are certain dishes you would like to try.

Please advise your server of any allergies or dietary requirements.

Certain menus are only available in specific areas of our venues. Please speak to our events team for details.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your final bill.

AGE POLICY

We are an 21’s only venue 7 days a week. Please ensure anyone lucky to look under 25 is carrying a valid form of ID. We accept valid passports or UK driving licence.

DRESS-CODE

Our dress code is smart and elegant. We kindly ask guests not to wear sports, beach and gym-wear including tracksuits, flip flops/sliders or workout trainers. Smart and fashion trainers may be permitted. Caps and hats may be worn on the terrace. Right of admission reserved.

WET WEATHER POLICY

Our terrace is fully covered and partially heated, tables are allocated on a first come first serve basis. As all tables are covered we would not accept a late cancellation or no show due to the weather as we can continue to accommodate you.
